We know that busy New Yorkers have lots on their schedules, so at New York Health & Racquet Club we make every effort to make sure that making occasionally necessary changes to your NYHRC membership is simple, straightforward and easy.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your membership number and email address and we will process your cancellation. You may also visit our cancellation sites for individual and corporate members and fill out the forms there.
I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP WITHIN THE THREE-DAY CONSUMER RIGHTS PERIOD AND HAVE NOT RECEVIED MY REFUND YET. WHO DO I CONTACT?
Under New York state law, you have up to three days from the beginning of your membership to cancel and receive a full refund. Refunds may take up to 15 days to be processed. If it has been longer than 15 days since you submitted your cancellation request, please send an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to follow up with you.
HOW DO I UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION?
For individual members, just stop by the front desk of any club, speak to the manager or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For corporate members, contact Rachel Collins at email@example.com.
HOW DO I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Freezes are periods of time during which your membership is temporarily suspended. Freezes are done in 30 day increments for up to three months per year. (If you are freezing for a medical reason, you may freeze for up to six months in a year by providing a doctor’s note with your request.) There is a $25 fee each time your membership is placed on freeze.
If you are a prepaid or paid in full member, freezes are done in 30 day increments and the time will be added onto the expiration date of your membership. If you are a monthly billing member, freezes are done in 30 day increments from billing date to billing date. Please note that the freeze will be removed from the account if you check into the club.
To freeze your membership simply stop by the front desk of any club and speak with the manager, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO SOMEONE ELSE?
If you are a pre-paid or paid in full member you may transfer your membership to another member, friend or family member by filling out a quick form at the front desk of any location. There is a one time $50 transfer fee to transfer your membership. Please note that monthly billing memberships may not be transferred.
